Project Management
Project management is the core of our business. We consider a project is unique in that it is not a routine operation, for this we develop a specific strategy for the management and control of each project.
We have proven and confirmed our ability to successfully manage projects through an experienced manager's team with proven managerial abilities in coordinating, managing and driving projects through mature processes.
Our project management office is responsible of planning, monitoring & controlling and execution management of projects. Its main objective is to ensure that the project is scheduled and executed efficiently, cost effectively, sustainably and safely.
Engineering
We rely on our talented engineers and advanced technology to deliver the best solutions to our customers.
Our engineering office have professional and talented engineers who design with a focus on safety, cost, constructability and operability, using computer aided design and developed software for each discipline.
The engineering package includes all engineering activities and works related to the following discipline: Civil & Structural, Process, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical and Instrumentation & Control.
Procurement & Logistic
Procurement is a key element in the project life cycle, this is why we value the relationships we have with our suppliers, they are our partner who contribute in the development and success of our business. We are bound by ethical and fair practice standards when dealing with suppliers and other service providers.
Our Procurement & Logistic department aim to supply the required materials, equipment, and services of specified quality, on time and at competitive price.
It is in charge of sourcing and qualification of new suppliers, Purchasing, Expediting, Inspection, and Logistics.
Construction
We deliver, across our sectors of activity, excellence in construction for our customers, by providing best practices for construction management, monitoring the performance of our sub-contractors and ensuring the application of quality, environmental, and security standard.
For the construction activity , PIRECO relies on the group’s affiliate companies for the achievement of various works. Each company through its specialty will make available for the project the necessary construction resources in terms of manpower and material, and PIRECO represented by its construction management teams, which are involved at every stage of the job, will orchestrate all operations and ensure safety performance and execution excellence.
Precommissioning, Commissioning &
Start-up
These activities represent an essential factor for the fulfillment of schedule, costs, safety and quality requirements of the project.
PIRECO handles the pre-commissioning and commissioning activities, which consist to validate the construction integrity and guarantee operability of the facilities in terms of performance, reliability and safety, across initial and primary dynamic tests, including guarantee performance tests.
Maintenance
PIRECO is staffed with a multidisciplinary manpower involved in maintenance works based on client requirements.
PIRECO provides services and manpower to assist the client in the operation and maintenance of their installations and facilities including
